7711 Collins Avenue residence approved by Historic Preservation Board

My design for a residence at 7711 Collins Avenue in the Historic Altos del Mar district of Miami Beach

was approved on Tuesday 10/14. It will be a unique house in that a portion of an existing house built in 1949

will be restored and utilized as guest bedrooms while a new modern portion will be built as the formal entrance

on the illustrious Atlantic Way.
