“Some Papers” Exhibition | Milano School of Architecture
These boards were part of an exhibition at the Politecnico di Milano that included 4 architects and 4 artists. The nature of the exhibition was to investigate the importance of free hand drawing as it relates to architectural design. The show was curated by the painter Pietro Finelli who was concerned that computers had become too important in contemplating architecture. He was most interested in the somewhat subconscious relationship between the hand, the pencil and the paper and how that relationship informs the design process.
