This house is located in the Historic Altos del Mar district along the Atlantic Ocean.
This hybrid solution involves the design of a new modern house while renovating portions of an existing house on site. A courtyard separates the two structures and is primarily used for outdoor dining while the remaining portion of the existing house is to be used for guest bedrooms.
