The Betts Residence
The renovation of this Miami Beach townhouse apartment entailed the redesign of the upstairs bedroom level and a connecting stairway. An open, clean and minimal design was a reaction to the clients art works, furniture and his personal aesthetic as well as a desire to frame views of Biscayne Bay and the crisp blue winter skies of South Florida.
